Product Returns(for physical products): Our return policy covers transit damage, faulty products, incorrect delivery addresses, inaccurate products, and incomplete packaging. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of acknowledged parcel receipt and the product must be in unused condition.These conditions are not applicable to digital products.

Shipping & Handling(for physical products): Shipping charges are based on product weight and delivery location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Glapod is not liable for delivery delays. For returns covered by our policy, you are responsible for arranging return shipping. These conditions are not applicable to digital products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Hosur, India This applies to disputes related to the use of the Platform itself and purchases of GLAPOD’s own products.
